Control statement

a. Employ hardware-based, write-protect for [Assignment: system firmware components] ; and b. Implement specific procedures for [Assignment: authorized individuals] to manually disable hardware write-protect for firmware modifications and re-enable the write-protect prior to returning to operational mode.
